There was a time in my life a few years back where I wanted to be healthy and take care of myself, but I had no idea what I needed to eat and or how much for that matter.
I would find myself taking the easy way out by going straight through the drive thru at McDonald’s because it was EASY and convenient for me.
I would go online and look for meal plans, but none of them catered to me and they were all hard and complicated meals and guess what? #nobodyhastimeforthat.
So over the years through trial and error I found what works for me and what my body needs to survive, stay healthy, and feel full.
So I thought what if I can offer to other women who are currently in the shoes I once was the convenience of not having to worry anymore and letting me take care of their meal planning for the month. All you have to do is shop, cook, and meal prep!!!
